The Company does not guarantee that Borrowers will be matched with Lenders offering to lend at their desired interest rate or loan conditions.

The Company does not guarantee that Lenders will be matched with Borrowers accepting a loan at the desired interest rate or loan conditions being offer be the Lenders.

Lenders’ investments may not be disbursed to only to one Borrower.
